Lebanon on high alert as new blasts claim 20 lives, leaving 450 wounded.

Coordinated attacks targeting communication devices across Lebanon claimed at least 20 lives and left over 450 injured, officials reported.

This follows a previous day’s explosions involving Hezbollah pagers, which killed 12 and wounded thousands.

Meanwhile, Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant announced the onset of a "new phase in the conflict, stating that after months of battling Hamas in Gaza, "the focus is shifting to the north as resources and forces are being redirected.

On Wednesday, mourners carried the coffin of Mohammed Mahdi, son of Hezbollah legislator Ali Ammar, who was killed the previous day when his handheld pager exploded in Beirut’s southern suburb.
