Indian court rejects bail of freedom activist in Jammu
Jammu,: In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the High Court has rejected the bail plea of a freedom activist Syed Irfan Ahmad in a fake case registered against him by India’s dreaded National Investigation Agency.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the High Court bench comprising Justice Sindhu Sharma and Justice Shahzad Azeem dismissed the appeal filed under Section 21 of the NIA Act, upholding the order of the Special NIA Court in Jammu.
The court said the activist acted as an intermediary in facilitating movement of militants in February 2019.
