Dozens, including children, are killed in Gaza due to an Israeli attack
An Israeli strike before dawn on the Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza kills 33 people, including 13 children. The UNRWA warns that "famine is likely occurring in northern Gaza," as a doctor reports "alarming cases of malnutrition" among both children and adults.
