Members of a Red Crescent crew have been detained by Israeli forces in Tulkarem

According to Al Jazeera Arabic, Israeli forces have detained five members of the Palestinian Red Crescent Society's (PRCS) ambulance crew in the Tulkarem camp, located in the occupied West Bank.

AJA, citing the PRCS, also reported that the organization has since lost contact with the detained crew.

This incident occurs amid an ongoing Israeli military offensive in the northern part of the occupied West Bank. The assault, which began on August 28, targets areas such as Jenin, Tulkarem, and Tubas, marking the largest military operation in the region since the second Intifada in the early 2000s.
