Israel bombs hospital in Gaza amid push to relocate Palestinians
Israeli forces bombed al-Ahli Hospital in Gaza City, killing at least seven people, while pushing forward with plans to forcibly displace Palestinians to designated zones in the south.
According to the Palestinian Health Ministry, 11 more people have died from Israel-induced starvation in the past 24 hours, raising the death toll to 251, including 108 children.
In Tel Aviv, tens of thousands of Israelis staged mass rallies demanding an end to the war on Gaza and the release of captives held by Hamas, as worldwide protests intensified over Israel’s killing of Al Jazeera journalists.
Since the war began, Israel’s assault on Gaza has killed at least 61,827 people and wounded 155,275. By contrast, the October 7, 2023, Hamas-led attacks in Israel left 1,139 dead and more than 200 taken captive.
