At least 43 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli forces across Gaza, with many victims targeted while seeking aid or sheltering in tents.

Over the past five weeks, more than 600 Palestinians have reportedly died while waiting for food assistance at aid distribution points operated by the US and Israeli-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF).

US President Donald Trump announced that Israel has agreed to the "necessary conditions" for a 60-day ceasefire in Gaza and called on Hamas to accept the terms.

Meanwhile, medical officials at al-Shifa Hospital—the largest healthcare facility in northern Gaza warn that hundreds of patients are at risk of dying as the facility runs out of fuel due to the ongoing Israeli blockade.

According to Gaza’s Health Ministry, Israel’s military campaign has killed at least 56,647 people and injured 134,105 since the conflict began. On the Israeli side, an estimated 1,139 people were killed and over 200 taken hostage during the October 7 attacks.
